The sausage is well
presented. The item is
packaged nicely, and very clean. I cut into the round, and found a well made beef item. Looked it over,and found it to my liking. My father was a master butcher, and sausage maker, from Austria 🇦🇹, so I learned young, the value of things,sausage. I know what I know.
Knowing what I do know, I believe your product, needs more flavor. Grind is good,meat is good.My taste buds say it is good, but it should be better. Spice review is in order. Old Hickory Farms, had a beef stick,called Beef Stick,made in Maumee, Ohio. It was just like your item,but a bit more tangy,and spicey. I really think your product is very good, I just wish for a little more. I'll buy more of your product, but not as much as I bought Hickory Farms
product. Also, your price,per item is costly, but then again I'm 80yrs old and everything is to expensive in my old mind. Keep working on the taste factor, and perfection will come. Thank you, J.S.

Well they are pretty good but didn't wow me above other ones I've tried from local butchers. I can't tell you why they weren't the best ever......that's up to the manufacturer to perfect over time.

I thought Slim Jims were the best. Boy, was I wrong. Your Bearded Butcher Sticks have changed my mind.
