Bearded Butcher dried Jalapeño flakes are a great addition any DIY home processing recipe. A mainstay in our own Jalapeño Cheddar brats and snack sticks, our jalapeño flakes and powder are 100% diced and dried jalapeños.

Usage: Add ~3oz Jalapeño Flakes to 25 lbs of meat, depending on level of heat and flavor desired.
