Cooked this caveman steak in my Ranch kettle low and slow like a brisket before butcher wrapping it at the end. Came out beyond tender for the family. Ended up having Steak nachos, steak fajitas, grilled cheese-steaks, and steak quesadillas.
Really glad I bought two of them cause the first one went FAST. Don't let the pictures fool you, the ranch kettle is a 37" charcoal grill, it makes everything look 'small'.

Awesome sized meat! Bought this for my best friend from college. Known each other for 45 years. He just retired as an airline captain. Great guy. Had it sent to FL so he could fire up the grill and enjoy it w his kids, grandkids, etc. He howled laughing when it was delivered. Perfect sized steak to grill w/dino ribs and tomahawk ribeyes! Just fire up the grill and add the largest nerf football/mammoth sized baked potatoes you can find. It should be a memorable feast! Grateful The Bearded Butchers has a product like this. I have a family of 6. I cooked it on my charcoal barbecue. It came out really good and we all enjoyed it. I used your original seasoning and black seasoning on it. The flavor was spot on. I would definitely buy it again.
Delicious, tender. Made three meals out of it and canned the rest of it. Arrived frozen like a rock. The only meat I eat now unless I eat out.
