All Dry-Aged Beef Prime Rib sections weigh 8lbs - 10lbs, and include TWO free seasoning shakers. One each of Black Seasoning and Bold Seasoning (Our favorite combo for Dry-Aged Beef Prime Rib).

Our meat shipments are carefully packaged in insulated boxes. Shipping of this box will have 2-Day Shipping, ensuring your order arrives before Christmas in perfect condition, ready to cook!

All orders with frozen meat are shipped in insulated packaging and we will ship these out  with 2-Day shipping.  This is to ensure it arrives as cold as it can and that we avoid product sitting idle in trucks or warehouses over the weekend.
