It is also be suitable for other ground and cooked meat products like snack sticks, bologna, summer sausage, etc. This seasoning is perfectly safe to use WITHOUT cooking too, so feel free to season your favorite meats, veggies, soups, etc. whether cooked or raw - Your imagination is the limit!

All bags are for 60# batches of meat, so you will have to calculate the right amount if you're seasoning less or more than 60#.
