I spent more than twenty years as a professional chef,and I've always been leary of commercial seasoning mixes. They are usually mostly salt and contain a lot of chemicals and preservatives.
However I've watched most of your YouTube videos and they are always educational and entertaining. So I decided to give them a shot.

In 2005 I put a coffee rubbed bison flat iron on my menu in West Yellowstone. It was good and sold well, but if I had the Black seasonig, I could have sold twice as many. Mine was good. Yours is awesome! Thanks, Jamie
