Ingredients:

  • 6 Russet Potatoes
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Heavy Cream, grated
  • 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1/2 Cup Gruyere Cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Bearded Butcher Original Seasoning (or your favorite Bearded Butcher blends, like Butter Blend or Ranch)
  • Optional: Sour Cream (to taste)

Steps:

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then dice them into large chunks and add to a pot of salted cold water, covering the potatoes by 2 inches.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and cook for 20 minutes until fork-tender.
  3. In a separate sauce pot, gently heat the heavy cream, butter, cream cheese, and optional sour cream.
  4. Grate the Parmesan and Gruyere cheese and set aside.
  5. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot or a mixing bowl, then mash using a hand masher or mixer.
  6. Slowly pour in the cream mixture and stir until smooth.
  7. Add the Bearded Butcher Original Seasoning, Parmesan, and Gruyere cheese, and mix until fully combined.
  8. Taste and adjust with extra seasoning as needed.
  9. Serve and Enjoy!
