This is a fantastic piece of cutlery to team up with its little brotherthe Victorinox 7 inch flexible boning knife. Ultra sharp from the manufacturer. Dishwasher safe handle. Simple to keep sharp with a few passes on the German made honing steel (also purchased from BB). The 10 inch slicer performed flawlessly making thin consistent cuts to a brisket I cooked recently for a party. Well worth the price.
My family and friends are still old time butchers but this braut mix is great. Don't change anything.

These collagen casings are some of the best I havw used. The stuffing went smoothly and no holes appeared as with some casings I've used from other sources. I will definitely order again!

My first time using BB seasoning and I love the quality, freshness and all natural ingredients! BOLD on steaks is soooo good. Not too salty and right amount of pepper. Love the ORIGINAL on chicken and burgers. HOLLYWOOD is great on pork. Trying BLACK on smoked Chuck roast this weekend. I highly anticipate a great flavor! I will definitely stay a Bearded Butcher customer!
