The Filet Mignon and Seasoning Bundle was a perfect gift for my husband. The Filet was tender and juicy. My first time trying one. The seasoning was excellent as well. Even purchased additional seasonings to try. Definitely buying more. They arrived fast and packaged well.

We made 25 pounds of pork breakfast sausage from the Maple Apple Cinnamon kit and they were wonderful. We ended up with about 300 links when it was finished. So far our family and friends have loved the flavor and the little apple chunks. I love the mild taste. I will definitely order this kit again. Thanks.

This was my first time making bratwurst/sausages …whatever you wanna call it. I purchased two DIY kits, the Mango Tango and the Jalapeño cheddar kits. Both were very good. The kits made it full proof and simple for the most part. I messed up the casing at times lol. So the Mango Tango had a semi sweet and low spice level-(we eat a lot of spicy stuff) but for someone who’s not spicy tolerant would be fine. They turned out very good but I would like to see a more spicy heat to them. Nothing like a hot chip thing but something that lets you know it’s there but you can’t stop eating it lol. I used pork butts for both kits but I cut the money muscle s out for a seperate cook lol .i highly recommend these DIY kits. Yea yea yea you’ll see some funky ones as these are my rejects haha but first time making brats and they came out good. Keep in mind if you do a 25lb kit it’s going to yield 90-100 brats. So be ready to vac seal lol

The quality is definitely their. The price is pushing an average household's budget. But the demand must be there. Was on a waiting list for all of a month.

The 21mm casings worked great for our breakfast sausages. Only had one blow out, which was my fault for over stuffing. They easily slid on the stuffing horn and off we went. They crimped easily and cut to desired length, will definitely be ordering more.

Nice! Well done. We like it spicy... will hit the middle of the pack just right. Flavor comes through. Smoked on a Traeger, low and slow. Crisp outside, moist on the inside.

Very good cheese. I used it to make Deer Summer sausage and it was better than any other I've used, and my co-workers agreed. Softer, easier to mix, and wonderful taste
