The maple sugar seasoning is one of the best I’ve had. I’ve made breakfast lunch and dinner, sausages and venison bacon. I’ve never made any product with this seasoning that everyone didn’t like.. thank you for your creation.

I received my steak a day or two after ordering. It was well packaged in a styrofoam cooler, ice packs and padding. The steak itself was gorgeous, well marbled and neatly trimmed. This was a big steak. Even butterflied, it was a good 1 inch thick. I elected to bake it in the oven and do a reverse sear on it when it was cooked to the desired level of doneness. I seasoned liberally with Bearded Butchers “Bold” seasoning blend and let it sit in the fridge for an hour. Since there was no “Valentine” I ate the whole steak albeit, not in one sitting. It was the best Rib Eye ever. Cooked just below medium rare, it was tender and juicy. Even the fat was great. The spice rub is superb on a great steak. I tried to order another one but they were sold out. Thanks again for a great meal.
I have had a Victorinox straight blade boning knife for many years but the curved blade is much for effective
I got a chance to use your original kit for jerky I was unable to bag a deer this year but I have a freezer full of pheasants I sent in my unused tag and got 2kits good for 25 pounds each what a brilliant idea and gave me a great opportunity to experiment with birds the direction I received from online made it easy to make a 5pound batch and it worked great great snack excited to make a lot more Thankyou so much smitty
I use the zesty lime seasoning daily in my morning omelette. I also use it along with the taco seasoning for tacos. Zesty lime and the ranch seasoning is really good on chicken breasts. It's my favorite seasoning thus far.
