I purchased this for processing summer sausage and other projects. The liners and tub are essential for ease of use and to ensure nothing is wasted. The liners create the perfect way to keep ground meat fresh with an easy way to move between projects.
Love all the flavors so far in the variety pack. The only improvement would be to have them bottled in glass. Would buy them again.

I have been making sausage for 40years and get my casings from the local grocery store. I have tried all the tricks but sometimes they are just tough and chewy. Your casings are fantastic, tender with the right snap. I made brats, Italian and they were excellent in the smoker with my kielbasa.

This knife is awesome! Use it to cut up meat around my house and it hasn't lost its sharp edge at all!
Love this knife. Lightweight, easily conforms to precise trimming yet rugged enough for clean cutting. Other than Bearded Butchers using this regularly there is one other gentleman from Texas who uses this same type as well and that sealed the deal for me watching how easily manueverable it is. Using chef knives all my life this is an excellent addition and I love the Bearded Butcher logo on the blade
Suburb steaks been cooking steaks for a very long time found these to be excellent the flavor was great after some salt and pepper a hot grill bingo every bite was wonderful
