Tryed out the BB Italian sausage kit. Excellent seasoning perfectly balanced in my opinion. I dont think you will be disappointed if you give it a try. I did add high temp moz cheese I purchased separately from BB.⁰ Deffantly elevated the sausage. I always buy way more natural casing than I need. This kit came with just enough, and I left some out of casings to have some ground sausage. Give it a try you will not be disappointed.
Have been making a lot of summer sausage, and bratwurst. The kits, seasonings, and other supplies are top notch. They give you the option to use their recipes, or venture out on your own for a different twist.
I tried my own recipes from my buddies; some were pretty good some not so good. I found my new favorite! Great product.

We’re outstanding. So far i have eaten the jalapeño, and the original both excellent flavors. However, im from south Texas area HOU n Galveston area and the jalapeño n cheese were delicious, just for my taste lol a little more jalapeño needed. But all n all a fantastic product. I watch y’all’s YouTube programs and enjoy all the information. Gave my son n law the large seasoning box for Christmas and he loves them. We process our deer and they are great. Keep up the great work.

First time DIY’er making my own deer sausage and I have to say — it was way easier than I expected. The instructions were simple, clear, and easy to follow, which made the whole process stress-free. This is a great way for anyone to get started if you’ve been thinking about trying it yourself. They really make it simple, and I promise you can do it!
They are just the right size
This packet was very easy to use, just toss and marinate. I did it for 1-2 days before drying. Great flavor. All of my normally non-venison eating friends said it was really good as well
Living in a target rich bear black environment affords me enough meat to make my own brats! Having perused the choices, I settled on the Reuben kit. I’m happy to report they came out great. I did not add the sauerkraut to the brats, but it is a perfect add on once they are cooked. Many thanks to the Bearded Butchers for supplying such high quality kits!
These are the best bbq brats I've ever had. The kit makes it easy to make.
