I purchased your 10” Fibrox Breaking knife and am very pleased with it. I cut up 7 lbs. of Jerky in less than a half hour. I was able to make smooth and thin cuts quickly and easily, without any tearing of the meat.(Top loin) BTW - Quick shipping, too.

Am pleasantly surprised how nimble, durable, strong bladed knife this is. Holds an edge with ease. The 10 inch blade works perfect in cutting fish and meat. Absolutely love it, along with my two other 8inch blades. I will buy again.

As always a great piece of steel and quality knife but the sheath seems to be a little messed up as I have to force the knife into the sheath and it doesn’t lock in like my other 5 tha I have maybe it is just the 10” as the 8” and 6” ones lock up fone

Love this knife. Super sharp and performs wonderfully cutting up pork shoulders. The kydex sheaths is absolutely worth the money and the bearded butcher engraving adds a nice touch. Wish I had bought one sooner.

Bought this and the 6” boning knife. Can’t believe how sharp these came factory! Edge seems to hold very nicely. Been butchering my own game for my whole hunting career and these are the best knives I’ve ever used. Highly recommended! Excited to order a snack stick kit and try my luck this year with that.

After spending much of my formative years working in and around commercial kitchens, I have come to appreciate quality cutlery. These are the exact same knives I grew up with. Oddly enough, these and zwilling/wusthoff knives are also what folks use for some purposes in medical examiner offices. Don’t ask me how I know. As a martial artist who does *a lot* of edged weapons work, I’d actually been looking for custom kydex makers to fit a sheath and carry solutions for forschner/victorinox breaking and boning knives. High end combat knifes are a bit garrish and don’t have the utilitarian track record of these knives. These are workhorses meant to cut through meat all day, erryday. Now I don’t have to go through the trouble. The kydex is a good, snug fit. For EDC purposes, these may be a bit impractical (scout carry is a bit more concealable)…but they’re baller. Add a good discrete carry concepts or mummert clip and you have yourself a bougie blade.

Sheath fits like a glove and knife is as sharp as you like, makes breaking down primals very smooth and easy

Bought this before we did our first pig on the homestead this month. Was very useful during the butchering process. It cuts easily through even the largest portions of meat. We love your tutorial videos as well. Very helpful for first timers.

The knife is as advertised and a solid knife. The one thing I would say is you have it advertised as a roast cutting knife, but the meat would stick to the knife, not giving you the ability to make your best cuts.

I have been looking for a knife that I could use in my kitchen carving up standing rib roasts and large cuts of meat.

I am going to buy a knife for my older brother who lives just south of your operation in Ohio.

Great for breaking down animals and slicing some boneless steaks. Great quality knife & sheet! Fast shipping but I was disappointed in the duty fees. It got expensive!
