This kit has savory seasoning loaded with Dried Onions and Bell Peppers, plus the addition of Dried Mushrooms and smooth, creamy Mozzarella cheese makes these bratwursts an incredibly tasty treat! 

 

Just add 25 lbs of your favorite protein and you'll have a kit ready to make these delicious brats right at home. This bratwurst was originally created with Venison, but they'll turn out excellent with beef, pork, bison, or any wild game meats.
