Chorizo Seasoning is a rich, spicy, savory seasoning blend most commonly used for Chorizo sausage. While Chorizo recipes vary around the world, ours is loaded with mild Chili pepper, garlic, salt and other spices for a potent flavored, but still mild (low heat) seasoning. This bundle comes with enough casing to make 25 lbs of Chorizo sausage.

This kit includes:

• 1 pack Bearded Butcher Chorizo Seasoning (1.1lb) to season 25 lbs
• 1 pack of Bratwurst size 32mm Collagen Casing (2 strands) to stuff 25 lbs

• *OPTIONAL* 2.5 lbs High Temp Cheese of your choice
