Salt and Pepper Breakfast Links DIY Kit

Traditional Breakfast Links made with Salt and Pepper. This easy kit takes the guesswork out of making this tried and true breakfast sausage. We make ours with all pork trim, but any meat will work with this base flavor combo.

If you want to *spice* things up, add in some some garlic, or marjoram, red pepper, onion, paprika, sage (around 1-2 oz of most herbs & spices), or any combination you like into 25 lbs, and have fun experimenting!
