Each packet of Bearded Butchers Pink Curing Salt (Sodium Nitrite 6.25%) contains 1 oz and is recommended to be used for 25 lb of ground meat. 3 oz is approximately 5 tsp. (This product contains sodium nitrite with a concentration of less than 10%).

I came across the Bearded Butchers a while back and decided to put their Youtube videos to the test. Ordered some of their seasoning and went for it. I have since ordered more product for summer sausage, brats, and snack sticks. The product came packed nicely and the quality of the product is top notch.
