Boning Knife Kit w/ Sharpener

It’s a nice knife. Sharp the only complaint is a small gap at the top of the handle where it meets the blade.

I recommend this knife for all meats. I’ve been smoking meats for many years and this is perfect for brisket, chicken and pork trimming. I give this a Two Thumbs Up!

I have a small homested in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas where I raise ALOT of rabbits for meat. I also butcher alot of wild game including razorbacks. My old knife was no longer holding edge. I have been watching the Bearded Butchers videos for a very long time and knew I wanted the 6" Torinox blade for my farm!!!
I was gifted the knife, sheeth and sharpener for Christmas by my husband this year.
I was totally blown away! The balance and feel in the hand was amazing. The blade felt strong and fine. The Sheath is very durable and protective.
What i love best?! One pass down the blade with the sharpener created a literal razor edge! I only butchered 3 rabbits with it in that setting but the blade was just as sharp when I finished as when I started!

This is a high quality blade, that is super sharp. The wood handle is good quality. The sheath is well made and holds the knife solid. The hand knife sharpener is a nice bonus.I highly recommend.

We started purchasing these knives for our grandchildren last year. The youngest was 6. We went back and purchased more this year, with the sharpener. Best knife we have used for cutting up game. Got myself one this year too.

Have had mine for a couple of years now and get a lot of usage. So easy to keep sharp and i like that i can also use it for some thin slicking on occasion. Great feel and i/ve even taken it out in the field when hunting.

This Knive is Amazing! I now own 2 of them ! I bought one years back for trimming and cutting meat as I smoke alot of BBQ ! I had to get Another one for our campsite so I wouldn't have to keep taking the one I had back and fourth! Awesome for cutting potatoes and vegetables also! Love it!

Knife performs really well. Trimmed my first brisket with ease. Sharpener was a great bonus!!

The boning knife is 100% legit. Extremely sharp and fits my hand perfectly. Sharpener is tremendous BUT the sheath is cheap as it gets. The knife is very loose so not a tight fit. Being plastic there are rattling sounds. I personally prefer leather sheaths but that would not be realistic as a kit offering. The knife and the sharpener make it a fantastic purchase.

As an outdoorsman a good sharp and easy to sharpen knife is paramount to processing game. Don’t waist your money on other knives or time trying to sharpen the same ole knife you have been processing your game with. The Victorinox knife will get the job done and makes trimming that silver skin a snap not to mention clean cuts of meat!! Totally satisfied with mine and the others can stay in the drawer.

Needed a really sharp knife to trim the fat off brisket. This does the job well. It is study, well made, and easy to sharpen with the sharpener I ordered to go along with it. I think it will last a good long time.
