I got the 6" wooden handle and also the 10" fibrox. Both pieces are absolutely amazing! The wood handle could be a little tighter to the blade. There's just enough gap that chicken bits get in there, and there a bit of a dance to get it out. The honing rod is also amazing for throwing a bit of the sharpness back on it without having to worry about shavings. Thank you for all of your content and products. Keep up the good work fellas!
I’m using this every day at work, ive had other knives and they are good - this one is awesome! When I considered buying the full package with the sheath, I did wonder if maybe the sheath was a bit needless… but it’s probably become one of my favourite parts of the whole kit. Having my knife right by my side all day really is the next level.
If you travel a lot with your knife or you always need it with you, and you want to keep it sharp - I can’t recommend this kit enough.
I bought this for my husband for Father’s Day. He loves to cook and always likes to watch The Bearded Butchers on YouTube going to town butchering cattle or whatever they’re butchering that day. Needless to say he was very happy to get this cutlery kit. This knife is dangerously sharp so be very careful handling it. I took off one star because it arrived super late and I didn’t have a gift to actually give him on Father’s Day. But, he loves it and that’s what’s important.

As a professional knife sharpener, I have had many boning knives through my life that have last 1-2 hunting seasons because they are made with weak steel. I have now butchered 2 elk and a mule deer with this knife and the edge retention is amazing! It holds a firm edge for longer and the honing steel is the absolute best on the market. Having the smooth steel makes for a more consistant hone than the serrated steels. I have never been more impressed with a knife and steel than I have with these!

I have used different knives for processing meat and this one has proven itself time and time again! I like it and im surprise of how sharp it was when it came in and did not need to sharpen it im happy with the product. It help me a lot with cutting my first chuck roll nut sure I did good job on cutting it but with enough practice I’ll get better at. Wish me luck in my next cut. I would leave a video on how it cuts put it does not let me

What a great kit. I had watched their videos for a while, never realizing they that they sold any of the products they use, and was amazed at how easy they made butchering look. I purchased the boning knife with sheath and sharpener, and it is by far the best cutting knife I have ever owned.
