This was our first time ever making pepperoni. We watched multiple videos that the bearded butchers put out very informative very detailed. We ordered the jalapeño cheddar kit and the Cajun kit. I’ve since shared my pepperoni with many of my friends, and they keep raving about how good it is. We recently bagged a couple deer late season hunt and will be making more pepperoni. Can’t wait to see how it turns out.

My friends have these made at the local deer processor these Cajun sticks are as good or better and a quarter the price and is fun to make. One thing though when you stuff them get some help it’s a little tough doing it by yourself

This year I did Cajun with the pepper jack high temp cheese and they are so good! The cheese gives it a great flavor and adds some spice to it.

I purchased the Cajun snack sticks bundle, and added high temp mozzarella cheese. Great seasoning, not too spicy but definitely there. Used duck and goose breasts from my freezer and pork belly from my local Amish market. Pretty close to a 50/50 mix.
