Hot pepper sticks

I followed the recipe to the letter, using a combination of elk, deer, and antelope meat. I mixed that with pork trimmings and added cheddar cheese. This is the best I have ever made. Bearded Butcher has all the recipes on their website, including cooking times. I also bought the chipotle sticks pack, but haven’t had a chance to make them yet.
I would definitely recommend BB products!

These sticks came out great! Seasoning and casings were awesome. Couldn’t get them dry enough the first try but figured it out the second go round.

The kit was spot on and the sticks came out great. I added some high temp cheese!

I have not made the hot sticks yet but did make a full load of cheddar / jalapeño brats. Smoked some and balance frozen raw in the freezer. Would be helpful to have smoking instruction included in the package. Went to YouTube several times to verify smoking conditions. I smoked them to168 degrees internal temp. Thanks for the good product and merry Christmas ! 🎄

Great

Great job but unfortunately I haven't tried it yet. Have buy a meat stuffer. Before I can try it will use hamburger. Because I don't have a grinder. Wish me luck 😜
