Worked good in Cajun snack sticks
I watched one of your videos where you thawed out some ground sausage, seasoned it, stuffed and then smoked. I had some deer sausage from last year. Both were ground and frozen. One flavor was Jalapeno and the other was Leggs sausage seasoning. I thawed out around 25 pounds total. Added the Hickory Smoke seasoning and the high temp cheese I ordered from you. Mixed it all up. Stuffed into casings and smoked on my pellet grill for approximately 4 hours. They turned out really good. I plan to order some more of your products in the future.
