Our Sea Salt & Pepper Seasoning is the base flavor for many delicious sausages and snack meats. For decades, this perfect balance of traditional flavors has been used by The Bearded Butchers to make breakfast sausages, ring bologna, snack sticks, and summer sausage. You can customize your own creations by adding additional spices, high temp cheeses, and fruits or vegetables.

Recommended usage: Add the entire 9oz bag of seasoning to 25 pounds of your favorite protein.

Salt & Pepper

I used it alone and made a batch of 25# pork/wild game sausage.....definitely was less flavor then I had hoped ! Needed much more pepper for my taste (personal preference obviously) I did enjoy the ease of the product being pre measured and the salt level was spot on (which is usually the hardest to get right ! I have a second bag ima make and prolly add some course black pepper and blue berry's like they did in there video that looked 👌 I will be trying more of there product !!!

This is the second time I’ve used this seasoning? First bought 25 pounds of pork from the grocery store and made sausage just to make sure I liked it. Last weekend I killed a guilt that I raised and either the help of a neighbor we cut it up and made another 80 pounds of sausage. We love it and look forward to trying other blends. I love bearded butchers and all the products I’ve bought so far. I wish I was closer so I could hit white feather meats and buy from your retail store. Seth and Scot are amazing and I watch your videos all the time. You guys gave me confidence to do this whole pig thing. Thank you!!

Brisket

Did a brisket. It turn out great . A little salty . But still turned out great . Next time going to use the blacken with it . Love your seasonings and your dyi ‘s . Going to do a road trip one of theses day to visit your store.
