Beef Jerky

I like the beef jerky but it is a little sweeter and saltier than what I like. Ease off the sugar and salt a little bit and it would be perfect for me. My brother and I made deer jerky with teriyaki sauce and hot pepper flakes. I lost my jerky maker and recipe. Thank you for the great products.
