Chorizo Seasoning is a rich, spicy, savory seasoning blend most commonly used for Chorizo sausage. While Chorizo recipes vary around the world, ours is loaded with mild Chili pepper, garlic, salt and other spices for a potent flavored, but still mild (low heat) seasoning. Make some bulk sausage, stuff and smoke some chorizo sausages, fresh bratwursts (with cheese!), or use it to season your taco and fajita meats!

  • No MSG
  • No Sugar

 

*Each pack weighs 17.5oz, formulated to season 25 lbs. of meat.

*To season 1 lb. of meat, use approximately 2.5 tbsp. (0.7oz) of seasoning

Amazing flavor

Chorizo Seasoning

Have used this chorizo seasoning with Elk, Deer, Javelina and Beef. #1 in my book. Have not found a Bearded Butcher seasoning that I do not like!
