Chorizo Seasoning is a rich, spicy, savory seasoning blend most commonly used for Chorizo sausage. While Chorizo recipes vary around the world, ours is loaded with mild Chili pepper, garlic, salt and other spices for a potent flavored, but still mild (low heat) seasoning. Great taste not too strong

The taste is great! It`s a little mild but you can always add some spice you can`t take it away.

Excellent flavor and color to the finished product! Very good spice mixture, has a kick but not to spicy. Our whole family loved it!

Best I’ve found

The flavor is great. My kids even love it. They ask for the “taco sausage”. A little white vinegar added to the mix gives it a very authentic taste in my opinion.

Chorizo and Bratwurst seasonings

The Chorizo and Bratwurst seasonings were both a huge hit! The chorizo was mild enough for people who don’t do spice but seasoned nicely for flavor. We also made brats with the kit - 1/2 original 1/2 jalapeño. Highly recommend and will purchase again.
