The Reuben! A classic deli sandwich that's especially popular around St. Paddy's Day, is available in bratwurst form! Blend up your own scrumptious creation with savory Corned Beef spices and Swiss cheese for a rich, creamy smooth bratwurst.
Adding sauerkraut into the mixture is HIGHLY recommended for a nice tangy crunch. They're best when cooked over a wood fired grill, with some Thousand Island dressing and extra kraut on top!
Just add 25 lbs of your favorite protein and you'll have a kit ready to make these delicious brats right at home. We make and sell ours with pork, but they'll turn out excellent with beef, bison, or any wild game meats.
This kit includes:
- 1 pack Bearded Butcher Reuben Base Seasoning (0.54lbs)
- 1 pack of Bratwurst size 32mm Collagen Casing (2 strands)

Recommended Optional Add-ons:
- Add approximately 3 lbs of your favorite Sauerkraut (with juice!) into your ground mixture at the same time as adding the Swiss Cheese - after grinding, before stuffing.
