I did like the overall flavor of this kit. I used 50% venison, 50% pork. I cut the recipe in 1/2 and only made 12.5 pounds. However, I believe for my next purchase, I might go with the Sweet, Smoky and Spicy combo. I personally think it needs that little kick of heat.
Super easy to make just add ingredients to meat, had 20 lbs of deer and 5 lbs of pork flavor of the maple and smoke where great, I even double smoked the sticks in my smoker and everyone has enjoyed them
