First jerky gun attempt

One word...Wow! This is my first attempt at jerky and I used the original seasoning, original barbecue sauce, with smoke powder. I did half venison and half beef. The jerky gun made it simple to fill 9 trays in my dehydrator with 11 lbs of jerky. I made it 10 days ago and it's almost gone. Just harvested more jerky (doe) so I'm looking forward to the next batch with the hot barbecue sauce. Super easy and tastes like store bought jerky (but better because I know what's in it).
