Great kit!
My boy and I spent the day making elk sausage sticks! They turned out fantastic! Make sure you have the right stuffing horn thigh we had to cut ours as we went to get them to fit. The flavor of these was spot on, friends and family have loved them. I will be ordering again after hunting season
