DIY is the way to go ! Everything premeasured, just dump and go. Recently made venison/pork/swiss high temp cube, deer sticks with the 17mm casings and they got rave reviews from everyone who tried them. Couldn’t have been easier. Keep em comin my bearded friends !!
Very good blend but it needs more spice to be a 10.

The only thing I would have liked is quicker shipping
I used the original blend to make pepperoni sticks. I also used the celery juice powder and cherry powder for the cure. 20% pork fat and followed the snack stick directions. Turned out great for my first batch! Going to add high temp cheese and jalapeño to the next round.
