I tried out both the Pizza Bratwurst and Tailgater kits this season and they are AWESOME! For my taste buds Pizza was spicier but Tailgater did not disappoint either. I cant get enough of these, they are so good. My neighbors have tried them and they love them also. You wont be disappointed.
This kit is awesome! Grind your meat, add the ingredients and a little water to stuff the casings. Fry some up, vacuum pack the rest and enjoy the savory flavor. By the way 25 pounds of meat cut 6” lengths, made 160 pieces of deliciousness!!

The recipe tastes good, but the ‘pizza’ flavor is not quite there. I think it’s missing the tomato sauce flavor.
