Excellent Spice

I used this spice based on a Youtubbe Video where you used it to inject your turkey and basting.

I will plan on buying more when I run out.

Chipotle Rub/Injection for Smoke Turkey - A Huge Hit!

I watched the video from Scott on the KISS method for cooking a smoked Turkey and it was the biggest hit of Thanksgiving! I normally fry anywhere from 10-12 turkeys for Thanksgiving (we give away about 10 of them) but this year I decided to smoke a couple of turkeys (along with about 10 fried turkeys). I made the marinade Scott suggested on YouTube with the Bearded Butchers Chipotle rub (about 1.5 shakers), about 24oz of butter (Irish Butter), 16oz of real maple syrup, and I added a little chicken stock (about 8oz). The entire family loved the smoked Turkey the most! Out of all the fried turkeys, which I use some bottled marinades as well, the Bearded Butchers Chipotle injection Turkeys got the best reviews from the family.

Thanks for the video, Scott, and keep doing what you are doing! Us backyard amateur cooks really appreciate it!
