Everything we have ordered has been delivered in record time. The quality of everything we’ve received has been outstanding. The spices for making sausage is also outstanding. Not sure how to explain it but the spices are blended so well together for professional quality. No particular spice in the mix is overbearing like other spices we’ve tried. Very nice to wrap Boston’s butt. Gave it my first try and it brought my roast up another level. Wished I would have years ago done this. It’s saves a big mess in the smoker also, but does hold juices to a perfect level. Thanks bearded butcher guy, for another wonderful product.
