So I purchased this knife to process my deer. I have processed my deer before with several different knives ,but this one has proven to be the best so far. It held a good edge. I used it when quartering up and de-boning the meat. I also used the same technique as the BUTCHER guys for removing that ole silver skin. This knife made a huge difference in my processing time.
