How to Prepare
- Rinse thoroughly under cold running water to remove salt and brine.
- Soak casings in warm water (95°-100°F) for 30 minutes before stuffing.
- Any unused portions can be re-sealed in the bag and refrigerated for later use.

Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, keep unused casings sealed in the bag and refrigerate to maintain freshness.
