Excellent and quality item

Best brats that I ever made.Everyone that tries these love them. When you bite into one you get a burst of three flavors in your mouth (mango, maple, and jalapeño).

Made these from venison and they taste good. Only downside is cooking too hot will result in a burnt sugar mess.

I have made 3 batch’s of these over 350 brats. I do an 50/50 mix of pork and venison. Everyone who has tried them say they are the best brats they have ever had.
