I really enjoyed the Biltong jerky.So did my grand kids.All the seasonings I got. We’re spot on.What ever I buy for myself I send to my son in Amerillo tx.Hesaid he likes all he got. I went down to Amerillo for Xmas and smoked a ribeye rack.I saw the video ya;ll using the butter blend and blacked seasoning. I ordered 1 pkg of biltong to try. It was so good I ordered 2 for a friend and 3 for my son. Delicious! Love the Bold flavor - so much that I then ordered the Bold mix jerky seasoning for 25 lbs so I could make venison jerky. I haven't ordered anything yet that wasnt fantastic. Kielbasa mix is one of my favorites.
