Tasty

This seasoning makes a great tasting sausage however i think next time i will make them as breakfast sausage links. In my opinion they are too sweet as a Brat

Maple Bourbon Brats

I really didn't care for these. For me the maple makes it taste like it should be a breakfast sausage & the bourbon leaves a little twang taste. Somebody else may love them but they're not close to the chipotle cheddar brats we did.

Bourbon flavor a bit odd

The maple seasoning was great, but that bourbon seasoning just made the smell odd while grinding, then the flavor was just a bit off too. When paired with BBQ sauce it was pretty good. Liked jalepeno cheddar much more.

I’ve had a sausage stuffer for years and I’ve always been a little intimidated about using it because I didn’t want to screw up a batch of sausage. Between your videos and your easy to use ingredients, I’m now going to be making sausage all the time. Thanks Bearded Butchers!

Love your products but this one was a little too strong for us as far as the bourbon flavor goes. Can't eat it by itself it definitely needs something to cut through a little like mustard. We enjoyed it most in bite size portions with spicy mustard.
