Onion and bell pepper seasoning is a mild (non-spicy), but flavorful blend with crisp vegetable flavors, made especially for Onion Bell Pepper Bratwursts.  If you want to add some heat, try it with a pack of Dried Jalapenos mixed in!

• 1 pack of Bratwurst size 32mm Collagen Casing (2 strands) to stuff 25 lbs
