Our mild, chili pepper based Taco Seasoning, paired with our hi-temp hot pepper cheese, makes a perfect Southwest Taco Bratwurst DIY kit that is sure to delight all taco lovers!

 Just add 25 lbs of your favorite protein and you have a kit ready to make these delicious mild and flavorful brats at home! We make them with pork OR chicken meat, but they're great with beef, bison, venison and elk too!

This kit includes:

• 1 pack Bearded Butcher Taco Seasoning (17.5oz) 
• 1 pack of Bratwurst size 32mm Collagen Casing (2 strands) 
• 1 pack of High Temp Diced Hot Pepper Cheese - (2.5#)
