All orders with these frozen bratwurst are shipped in insulated packaging.  Our frozen item ship days are typically Mon, Tue, & Wed each week. We do not ship frozen items on Thurs, Fri, or Weekends. Your order may be shipped several days after being ordered. This is to ensure it arrives as cold as it can and that we avoid product sitting idle in trucks or warehouses over the weekend. HOLIDAYS MAY AFFECT THIS SCHEDULE TOO.
