Our Bearded Butcher dried mushrooms are a great addition to any DIY home processing recipe. Our dehydrated mushrooms are a mainstay in our very own mushroom and swiss brats that we sell at Whitefeather Meats. Make your own mushroom and swiss brats or experiment with a different recipe, either way, we're certain you'll love some mushrooms in your next creation.

• Add 4oz pack of mushrooms to 25 pounds of meat
• Use more or less mushrooms to desired flavor
