Dried Mangoes Diced 2.5lb

Our Bearded Butcher dried mangoes are a sweet addition to any DIY home processing recipe. Our diced dehydrated mangoes are a mainstay in our very own Mango Tango brats that we sell at Whitefeather Meats. Make your own Mango Tango brats or experiment with a different recipe. Not making brats? No problem, our dehydrated mangoes are a great snack!

Instructions:

• Add 2.5 pounds of diced mangoes to 25 pounds of meat (or 10% mango weight per weight of the meat)
• Use more or less mangoes to desired level of sweetness
