The combination of coffee and molasses is so good. We've tried it on smoked Ribeyes and loved it.

Makin Bacon with the Black seasoning

Tried the slab bacon recipe that the guys put out, and followed the instructions to a "T" used the Black seasoning and the bacon turned out to be the best bacon going. I now use the Back seasoning on other smoked fair, along with grilling. Great combination of ingredients in the mix. Thanks, and really dig the videos and informative discussion in them.
