I ordered many items from BB and no issues. But, the summer sausage molded within a few weeks and it was never opened. I contacted customer service, sent pictures and I was told a replacement would be sent and I’m still waiting.

This was my first taste of Bearded Butcher products. I enjoyed the summer sausage. It had a tang and after the first bite I couldn't resist them. They went pretty fast. The honey beef sticks were fanastic! I will be purchasing more. I also enjoy the videos.

We enjoyed the Jalapeño Summer Sausage much more than the regular version. The regular version was okay. It could use a little more seasoning. The jalepeno version was very good, and I would buy it again.
Seasonings, mostly outstanding. Cinnamon sugar is no big deal. Ranch Soso. Stick to what yunz do best. Seasoning meats and veggies.
Meat sticks and chubs. Good flavor. No appearance of offal or cow lips etc. Jalapeño chese my favorite.

Videos and how to do. Interesting and informative. I can tell yunz use quality and super sharp knives. My Dad was a meat cutter. I still have his Dicks steel with wood handle and chain.
