The Maple seasoning and Cinnamon Swirl compliment each other perfectly! Friends and family say it’s a one of a kind taste that has made them all fans of deer bacon. I can’t wait to make another batch to share with them.

I bought a maple bacon kit, I watched the video before hand and it really helped

I used the cinnamon swirl and the Black seasoning
A couple of things I would do different is cut my batch in half because mixing 25 pounds at a time by was extremely difficult and I would use smaller pans so it would be easier to coat all sizes with the seasoning

I have given some out as Christmas gifts which has been a big hit

I used elk instead of deer

After watching the Bearded Butchers youtube video on how to make venison bacon, I ordered the kit and made a batch. It turned out great and even the people who don't normally like venison thought it was delicious. We plan on making this every year!
