My best mix so far… I cook a pound of thick cut bacon on the pellet grill (apple pellets) just before it’s done coat with the sauce and a dusting of Black seasoning Holy Pig that’s “Tasty Bacon”!!!

I buy a lot of BBQ products and am not afraid to tell it like I see it. This sauce is very good. It has just enough kick that becomes flavorful rather than taking off your taste buds. I admit, I am a bit of a wimp when it comes to some of the scorching hot stuff out there - this is not one of them - good sauce at a good price. The flavor is better than I expected as I usually make my own BBQ sauce.. There is no HFC (high fructose corn syrup) in it, just natural sweeteners which is a big plus for me. The Bearded Butcher's Sause has some heat to balance out the sweeteners but not enough to overpower the other spices and flavors.
