CARNIVORE CAVEMAN JR. Beef Arm Steak 4.5-5.5 lb

Caveman Carnivore Jr. Beef Arm Steak (4.5-5.5 lb):

A Junior version of the BIGGEST Steak we cut! Fit for a caveman, this steak is great for open fire grilling, roasting, or slow cooking to perfection!

We recommend seasoning liberally with Butcher Blend Seasoning, then grilling over an open fire pit, flipping occasionally until you reach an internal temperature of 125°F.  Remove and allow to rest for 10 minutes. When ready to serve, slice thin across the grain. Feeds 8-10 people.

Total cook time is approximately 40-50 minutes.

Weight per cut varies between 4.5-5.5 lbs, depending on carcass size. This steak is from an all natural grain-fed Beef. 

Steak will ship RAW, not cooked.

All orders with frozen meat are shipped in insulated packaging and we will ship these out  with 2-Day shipping.  There may be a few days delay between when product is ordered and when it ships. This is to ensure it arrives as cold as it can and that we avoid product sitting idle in trucks or warehouses over the weekend.
