The biggest steak we can cut! Fit for a caveman, this steak is great for open fire grilling, roasting, or slow cooking to perfection! Weight varies between 9-11 lbs, depending on carcass size. This steak is from an all natural grain-fed Beef. 

Steak will ship RAW, not cooked.

All orders with frozen meat are shipped in insulated packaging and we will ship these out  with 2-Day shipping.  There may be a few days delay between when product is ordered and when it ships. This is to ensure it arrives as cold as it can and that we avoid product sitting idle in trucks or warehouses over the weekend.
