Cut though raw pork belly like soft butter

Had a pork belly getting ready for curing, so cut length-wise through it for smoking and slicing convenience, it cut like butter. Very pleased. Sheath keeps it sharp. Sharpener will work well for 6" boning knife and 12" Victorinox brisket knife I bought thanks to The BB's recommendation.
