Grass fed burgers and ground beef

I ordered the 5 pack of 1/3 lb burgers and 5 pack of ground beef and it arrived to me in Arizona frozen solid as advertised. The burgers are absolutely the best burgers we have grilled and I will buy more. We have visited the White Feather retail store in Creston, Ohio which is where we first experienced the burgers. We have also purchased ribeye steaks and boneless chicken. We considered both to be the best ever eaten from our charcoal grill. I will add that the customer service was friendly and informative, promptly returning emails and my call to make a change to the shipping address. So far I have used one of the 16 oz frozen solid packages of Hamburg and one package of the patties.
They arrived still frozen solid, and well packaged.
