Good flavor

Great kielbasa flavor. A little mild for me that's why 4 stars. Mix with 20lbs of grind for a more intense flavor.

True kielbasa flavor

I ordered the fresh kielbasa kit and added the cherry/celery powder to cure them. Excellent cure within 48 hours in the fridge. The seasoning smells as amazing as they taste. Throw them on the grill to 160 internal temp…peppers and onions with mustard in a roll…amazing!
