Bearded Butcher Original Bratwurst DIY Kit w/ Collagen Casings

This is one of our favorite crowd-pleasing bratwursts. Original Bearded Butcher Blend seasoning with mozzarella cheese. Just add 25 pounds of your favorite bratwurst meat, and you have a kit ready to make these delicious, mild, and flavorful brats at home! We make them with all pork meat, but they're great with beef, bison, venison, and elk too!
