Traditional Breakfast Links made with Salt and Pepper. This easy kit takes the guesswork out of making this tried and true breakfast sausage. We make ours with all pork trim, but any meat will work with this base flavor combo.

If you want to *spice* things up, add in some some garlic, or marjoram, red pepper, onion, paprika, sage (around 1-2 oz of most herbs & spices), or any combination you like into 25 lbs, and have fun experimenting!

Excellent kit. Salt and pepper was a little heavy on the pepper but I am ok with that. The ingredients were super fresh though. Will buy from these guys again!

Delicious sausage at home

This kit was everything needed to make fantastic venison breakfast sausage at home. Takes out all the guess work.

Great product

Great flavor and product! The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that the collagen casings seem to shrivel up with heat from the frying pan and all of the sausage leaks out each end.

Awesome sausage

Finally got around to making my homemade breakfast sausage. The salt and pepper DYI is everything I like in breakfast sausage. Made 25lbs of bulk and links and they turned out awesome. I added crushed red pepper and sage. Great job Bearded Butchers on again another great product.
